This homemade muscle save works wonders on sore, achy muscles. Rub some onto your shoulders and neck for a nice warming massage that will leave you feeling relaxed and pain free!
The warming sensation comes from the addition of cayenne, so make sure to wash your hands before touching your eyes, nose or mouth!

What You'll Need:
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1 Tablespoon Beeswax
- 20 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- Small Mason jar or metal container
Directions:
Add the olive oil, coconut oil and spices into a glass bowl.

Heat the ingredients over a double boiler and let simmer for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes add the beeswax to the mixture and stir until melted.

Remove from heat and strain through a coffee filter (this will get rid of the excess spices).

Add 20 drops of peppermint essential oil.
Pour mixture into a small container and let cool to room temperature.

To use, massage a small amount into shoulders and neck.
