Four of the rarest big cats have been born and they are the cutest thing you will see all day! The family managed to become one of the most unique cat families in the world, thanks to their unique coloring.

The mother is a white Bengal tiger named Saraswati, and the father is a white lion named Ivory. Both of them are incredibly rare. There are only about 1,200 white tigers in the world, and only 300 white lions. But now that these two have mated, they created four little babies who may be the first of their kind.

Yeti, Odlin, Sampson, and Apolo are truly special. Ligers (lion-tiger hybrids) are hard to come by as it, let alone a group of cubs that are all white!

Ligers are primarily bred in captivity. There are about 1000 of them worldwide, but these four cubs are the first ones to be born with their bright white fur.

These unique little cubs have some BIG shoes to fill...

The cubs were bred at the T.I.G.E.R. Sanctuary in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The sanctuary is known for their ligers, as they are the current record holder for breeding the biggest cat in the world. Hercules is a liger who weighs 922 pounds, but apparently is still as playful and sweet as any other cat. His new nephews are going to give him a run for his money!

All four of the cubs are males and are expected to reach the same enormous size of Hercules. They should be 10ft tall by the time they are two years old, and once they hit four they could weigh well over 900lbs.

The caretakers for the little ligers believe that they will beat Hercules' record. Even just six weeks after their birth they could tell they were going to be huge, saying, "I am convinced Yeti will make the Guinness Book of Records. He's so big already "“ he has such a big, fat head and paws. All the cubs grow so quickly, but Yeti is already so much bigger."

Their coloring is something that founder and director of the program, Dr. Bhagavan Antle, is still impressed by. He said "They have a beautiful creamy colour that I've never seen on a cat before"

Apparently these little kittens will grow into enormous and majestic cats, but they will still have their own unique personalities and playful attitudes. Ligers love swimming thanks to their tiger-genes, and then thanks to their lion father they will be very sociable.

They will grow up to be some of the most beautiful animals on the planet, just like their parents!
