Fans Are Worried After Willie Nelson Abruptly Cancels Show; Goes To Hospital

84-year-old Willie Nelson left fans panicking after he left one of his concerts, never to return.

Nelson was performing a show in Salt Lake City, Utah when he abruptly walked off the stage without a real explanation.

"He left the stage. Said he needed a break.. never came back. Wish him the best.. 3rd Willie concert, not like him.." claimed one Twitter user.

Nelson is currently touring his most recent album, God's Problem Child, despite numerous rumors he's been "deathly ill." His publicist, Elaine Shcock has denied the allegations, though the country star cancelled many shows in January and February due to a "bad cold."

So what caused Nelson to leave the stage, never to return?

Sources close to Willie Nelson say the singer was "rushed to Intermountain Medical Center" in Murray, Utah. The reports claimed his condition was serious, although it's unclear as to where they got their information.

Nelson himself took to social media, apologizing to his fans for ending the show and offering a small explanation as to what happened.

This is Willie. I am very sorry to have to cut the Salt Lake City performance short tonight. The altitude just got to me. I am feeling a lot better now and headed for lower ground.

According to Nelson, it was just the high altitude which caused the 'medical emergency.' His rep confirmed that Nelson is ""on the bus heading to sea level."

We wish Willie Nelson all the best and hope this medical issue was nothing serious!
