Mini Deep Dish Pizzas Hot and Tasty Straight from the Oven

Every time I make these little pizza's my kids coming running to the kitchen, so I think it would be safe to say that they really enjoy them! Another thing that's so great about them, is how simple they are to make...honestly, your kids could do it. Just a couple ingredients and then there you have it, a tasty mini deep dish pizza straight out of the oven!

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, and spray the cavities of a muffin tray with non-stick spray.

2. Remove pizza dough from packaging and using a rolling pin roll out the dough on a large floured surface till you have a thin layer.

3. Use a round cookie cutter (slightly bigger than your muffin trays) cut out as many circles as you need to fill your muffin tray.

4. Place each circle dough into each of the cavities pushing down in the center and up the sides.

5. Place two pepperoni's at the bottom of each dough crust.

6. Next, place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in each pizza over top of the pepperoni.

7. Sprinkle each pizza with shredded cheese, and then add a few more chopped up pepperoni slices on the top.

8. Bake in the oven for 12 -15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

9. Remove from the pan and enjoy!
