Stop Putting the Pickle on the Side and Make It the Star with Dill Pickle Bacon Grilled Cheese!

<div><p></p><p>All good grilled cheeses are served with a deliciously salty, briny pickle! I was always taking a bite out of the pickle after every bite of grilled cheese, so I decided to put the pickle inside the sandwich for even pickle distribution!</p><p>This Dill Pickle Bacon Grilled Cheese has a crisp exterior, an unctuous cheesy bacony inside and of course the dill pickle to round all the flavors out! </p><h2>Ingredients:</h2><ul><li>1½ slices bacon</li><li>2 slices bread</li><li>1 tablespoon butter</li></ul><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><ul><li>1 large pickle</li><li>2 slices cheddar cheese</li><li>1 oz mozzarella cheese</li></ul><h2>Directions:</h2><ol><li>Cook bacon in a pan until crisp. Drain on paper towels.</li><li>Remove most of the bacon grease from the pan. Butter each slice of bread.</li><li>Place bread butter side down. Top with cheddar cheese, pickles, mozzarella, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Top with second slice of bread, butter side out.</li><li>Cook over medium low heat flipping halfway until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted.</li></ol><div><div><div><amp-youtube height="9" width="16" layout="responsive" data-videoid="P7HMwIAS--E"></amp-youtube></div></div></div></div>
