These taco cups are packed with all the delicious fixings you would expect in a taco. They're great because you can add whatever toppings you like after they come out. Why not create a taco table at your next get together and have your guests personalize their cups? Get this fiesta started!
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 10 ounces diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 24 wonton wrappers
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Generously coat a standard size muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Get a pan going on medium heat. Add cooked beef, taco seasoning, and tomatoes and stir to combine. Heat until beef is fully cooked through, then drain if desired.
Line each cup of prepared muffin tin with a wonton wrapper. Add 1.5 tablespoons taco mixture. Top with 1 tablespoon of cheese.
Press down and add another layer of wonton wrapper, taco mixture, and a final layer of cheese.
Bake for 11-13 minutes until cups are heated through and edges are golden.
