If You Love Hard-Boiled Eggs, But Hate Peeling, Watch This

Hard boiled eggs are a delicious source of protein and an easy addition to any meal.

But it's the prospect of chipping away at the shell that deters most of us from preparing them. No one wants to be the person at the lunch table picking away at an egg shell while others eat.

There are plenty of egg hacks online, but this is by far one of the best. The key to the perfectly peeled hard-boiled egg lies in one very important ingredient:

1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.

Simply add the baking soda to your water while the eggs boil. After they've cooled, remove the top of the shell and the bottom, hold the egg up to your lips and blow.

No fuss, no mess!

Watch Tim Ferriss, author of The 4-Hour Chef show you how it's done.
