Make Your Own Homemade Mayonnaise In Under 5 Minutes!

The best way to guarantee you are going to have fresh and healthy mayonnaise is to make it yourself! Mayonnaise is one of the most popular condiments and yet no one seems to know how it's made!

It is super easy to make your own, just a few ingredients in a blender will make you realize you have been missing out all along! You can even add in other flavors like garlic or bacon to make customized dips.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole pasturized egg
  • 1 pasturized egg yolk only
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled slightly
  • Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Add the eggs to a blender with the lemon juice and salt. Blend it slowly.

While it blends, add in the coconut oil slowly.

Then add in the olive oil.

Blend until creamy.

It will last up to 10 days in the fridge so you can have perfect mayo all the time!
