Texas Town Doesn't Prohibit Doing This To Animals And It's Actually Sickening

Everything is bigger in Texas, right?

Well, now that includes the grossness of their laws.

Amarillo, a town of about 200,000 people in Texas is seeking to outlaw BESTIALITY in the city. Yup, that's right. Amarillo still views human sexual relations with animals as legal.

Granted, it's not like they put this law in place. It's just that no one has ever sought to overturn it in the past. However, with 12 incidents in the last two years that prove people are still practicing bestiality, Amarillo is ready for that law to go.

The city will be holding two public hearings which will help to define what fines and penalties will be put in place if someone is, in fact, caught in a sexual encounter with an animal. There will be a draft ordinance already in place at these hearings, where people can voice their concerns about the contents.

Although, the only concern people should have is that potential penalties aren't harsh enough.

For a state that relies heavily on religion, it shouldn't be too hard to convince the town members to agree to the law. The Bible has four separate passages regarding bestiality, all of them calling for the person to be put to death.

Exodus 22:19 says, "Anyone who has sexual relations with an animal must be put to death."

Now, it's highly unlikely that Texas will invoke the death penalty for this. But it's not out of the question to ask for some jail time.

What do you think the penalty for bestiality should be? Let us know in the comments.
