In celebration of the youngest royal's birthday, Kensington Palace has released a new image of Princess Charlotte taken by her mom, Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge.
This photo was snapped at the family's home in Anmer Hall, Norfolk, with adorable Charlotte Elizabeth Diana wearing a yellow knit sweater with a blue bow in her hair.
“The Duke and Duchess are very pleased to share this photograph, as they celebrate Princess Charlotte’s second birthday,” the palace said in a statement. “Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank everyone for all of the lovely messages they have received,” adding they “hope that everyone enjoys this photograph of Princess Charlotte as much as they do.”

It seems like just yesterday Princess Charlotte was barely stable on her feet for her first birthday.
Now sitting like a proper princess, she is starting to look more like her parents every day. She has the distinctive dark Middleton eyes and glossy dark hair from her mother's side.
But it is unmistakable to resemblance to her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II.
The photos have people doing a double-take, because the resemblance is remarkable!
And the resemblance has only gotten more obvious as she has gotten older.
It's clear that this 2-year-old is definitely taking after her great-grandmother- right down to the hair clips!
Charlotte's birthday is said to be a low-key affair, with a small party at Anmer Hall with a few close family friends.
Princess Charlotte is fourth in line for the throne after her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, her paternal grandfather Prince Charles, her father Prince William and her elder brother Prince George.
Charlotte is expected to be a bridesmaid at her aunt Pippa's wedding later this month.
