<div><p>The Voice is now in season 12 and is one of the most popular reality shows on TV. </p><p>But many fans are upset with the direction the show is heading in with the return judge Gwen Stefani. It's not the judge herself that people are upset with. </p><p>Many fans feel as though the show is focusing too much on Gwen Stefani and her boyfriend, fellow judge Blake Shelton. The couple met on the show in 2013, and after both left their spouses in 2015 they started dating. It's even worked into their contracts. </p><p>"[Blake and Gwen] are getting paid an exceptional bonus that is significantly higher than the other judges to keep the spark alive on-camera," says one source. "Bosses are really, really pushing for this.
