<div><p>Erin Moran, who played Joanie Cunnigham has died. She was 56. </p><p>Authorities were called to the scene of an "unresponsive female" at 4pm on Saturday afternoon. By the time paramedics arrived, Moran was already dead. </p><p>There has been no cause of death announced, but an autopsy has been scheduled. </p><div><figure><amp-img src="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/04/erininrecord.jpg" srcset="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/04/erininrecord_GH_content_550px.jpg 550w, https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/04/erininrecord_GH_content_650px.jpg 650w" sizes="89vw" title="" alt="" height="9" width="16" layout="responsive"></amp-img><figcaption class="op-vertical-center"><cite>IMDB</cite></figcaption></figure></div><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p>Moran shot to stardom as a child in the 70s for her role as the little sister on <em>Happy Days. </em>After her success on that program, she moved on to her spin-off "<em>Joanie Loves Chachi" </em>which lasted only one season. </p><p>Unfortunately for Moran, her contract on <em>Happy Days</em> was extremely unfair, and after she ended her run she essentially burned through all her money, receiving no residuals.
