<div><p>Syrai Sanders is lucky to be alive after she and her friend, Logan Braatz, were viciously attacked by two pit bulls. </p><p>Sanders, just 5 years old, spent two months in the hospital being treated for severe injuries. Unfortunately Braatz, just 6 years old, died from his injuries. </p><p>The dog's owner was charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless conduct. </p><p>Sanders doesn't remember much about the attack, "because the dogs bit me all around and blood started coming out."
