<div><p>Britain has a situation on their hands and no one knows quite how to react. The baby is looked after by its grandmother who is only 28. </p><p>This situation is highly unusual as the rates of teenage pregnancy are at the lowest they have been in 70 years thanks to access to contraception. </p><p>We wish this girl the best and hope that she has a good group of people to help her through what must be a difficult time. </p><p></p></div>
