  • 1 package of skillet gnocchi.
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter.

  • Fresh chopped basil for garnish.


  1. In a skillet, add the unsalted butter and cook until melting.

Ingredients (4 servings):

For the Kebabs:

  • 1 package of fresh gnocchi.
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes.
  • 2 cut red onions.
  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil.
  • Kosher salt to taste.
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Skewers.

For the green sauce:

  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil.
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley.
  • 1/4 cup. of extra-virgin olive oil.
  • 2 teaspoons of capers.
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
  • 2 anchovy fillets.
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • Kosher salt to taste.


  1. Preheat the grill to medium temperature.
  2. Soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, onions, and oil. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir very well.
  4. To form the kebabs, thread gnocchi, onion pieces, and tomatoes onto the skewers.
  5. Place the kebabs on the grill, and cook for 8 minutes for each side. Flip them frequently to avoid burning.
  6. Make the sauce by combining fresh basil, fresh parsley, extra virgin olive oil, capers, lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a food processor. Blend until forming a smooth mixture.
  7. Serve the kebabs with the previously prepared green sauce.
