- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups regular milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, chocolate chips to top
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add your oats to a bowl and stir in the salt and baking powder.
Pour the milk in along with the melted butter.
Beat your egg lightly before adding it into the mix.
Separate out your oatmeal into the ceramic bowls in the appetizer set and then add your toppings. You can use whatever is your favorite, sliced strawberries, blueberries, walnuts or chocolate or anything else you can think of.
Bake for 25 minutes and enjoy your custom little oatmeal cup!
