<div><p>After months of suffering under a rotting roof and the pile of junk that continued to grow in her back yard, 90-year-old Agnes Mable was dealt one final insult. </p><p>She was informed by the city that her neighbors had filed a complaint and she would be charged $2,500 a day if her property was not cleared up. </p><p>For months a relative had been dumping trash in her yard and he refused to pick it up - even after she was threatened with a fine.
