The Duggars, stars of the TLC hit show 19 Kids and Counting, have had a lot of reasons to celebrate as of late.
Earlier this month, Jill and her husband, Derick Dillard, welcomed their second child, a son named Samuel Scott. A few months before that, Josh and his wife Anna revealed that their fifth child was on the way, after a tumultuous year of scandals including infidelity.
Then just a few months ago, the youngest of the Duggar children, 19-year-old Joy-Anna, married her long-time friend, Austin Forsyth.
Joy-Anna and Austin were engaged for three months before saying "I do" back in May at Cross Church in Rogers, Arkansas, in front of 1,000 of their closest family and friends.
The newlyweds embarked on an adventurous honeymoon in Geneva, Switzerland before settling in their home in Arkansas.
Now, Joy-Anna and Austin have another chapter to add to their story - they're expecting their first child.
The Counting On star and her new husband broke the news exclusively to People on August 30 and even shared some photos of Joy-Anna's bump.
"We're so happy and thankful to announce that we're expecting a baby!" Joy-Anna told People. "Every child is such a precious gift from God. I'm most looking forward to watching Austin as a dad and raising children together with him."
Joy-Anna is excited about being a parent because family has always been an important part of her life.
"I have a lot of good memories of my mom teaching us and the quality time we spent together, and I'm really looking forward to doing that with my own children. It's such an amazing thing to be a parent and raise children!" Joy-Anna added.
Austin is also just as thrilled and is excited for every step of the journey to fatherhood.
"I'm really looking forward to the journey of this pregnancy and all the different stages it will bring," he said. "It's really exciting and I feel so blessed to be a dad! We are beyond thankful!"
The young couple later took to Instagram to share the happy news and some photos of Joy-Anna's small bump with their fans.
Just like her parents, Jim Bob and Michelle, Joy-Anna told People that this baby will be one of many.
"We want as many as the Lord thinks we can handle," she told People. "And we are putting it into his hands."
Joy-Anna's sister, Anna Duggar, wasted no time in sending a congratulatory tweet as soon news about the pregnancy started to spread.
We bet the rest of the Duggars are just as excited about the news. After all, their family is once again growing.
