We have good news and bad news.

The good news is that Applebee's, America's beloved restaurant chain, is now offering a new item that's only $1.

The bad news is that it's available for a limited-time only.

If you're a fan of the restaurant, then you've definitely tried their other special menu items before, like their $1 margaritas, $1 long island iced teas, and discounted all-you-can-eat menu.

Unfortunately, these deals have never lasted long, but the good news is that Applebee's is always introducing something new.

This summer, we're being graced with something that I would argue to be more delicious than their other specialty items.

Strawberry Dollarita

The strawberry margarita is the perfect promotion for the hot weather we're still experiencing in August.

According to PEOPLE, the drink contains strawberries, margarita mix, and tequila, which will be served in a cold 10-ounce mug.

Don't feel too bad about taking advantage of this offer! Strawberries are found to be good for your heart, immune system, vision, and helps to clear your skin.

That being said, make sure to drink responsibly, because this drink does have alcohol in it.  

The "Neighborhood Drink of the Month" seems to only be available in August! You've got to try it before it ends.

The good news doesn't end yet! The chain also announced that their all-you-can-eat riblets and tenders have returned.
