Police are investigating a bus crash that killed at least one child and injured more than 40 people, most of them children on a youth football team.
The passengers were riding on a chartered bus from Texas to Tennessee when it crashed and flipped along an interstate near Benton, Arkansas early Monday morning, according to state police.

The bus was carrying dozens of students between the ages of 8 and 10, members of the Orange Mound Youth Association's football team, home from a weekend game in Dallas, Texas.
"When troopers arrived at the scene, many of the children were already off of the bus," said Arkansas State Police spokesman Bill Sadler.
"Some of them were stunned or had minor injuries."
Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock has received over 20 patients at its ER from the bus accident on I-30. Families needing information should call the main hospital at 501-364-1100.
