Boy Says "Angels" Are The Only Reason He's Alive Right Now

<div><p>The power of prayer can turn around the most devastating situations. </p><p>When 2-year-old Ethan fell out of the second-story window of his family home onto their concrete driveway, doctors thought that he may have been paralyzed, brain damaged or die from the 12-foot drop. </p><p>"And I can remember running to the front door," Tammy said. "And I vividly still remember seeing my hand being on the doorknob crying out, 'Jesus! Jesus! Jesus!' because I knew this was going to be bad."</p><p>But God had other plans for this bubbly little boy. </p><div><figure><amp-img src="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/05/Ethan-3.PNG" srcset="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/05/Ethan-3_GH_content_550px.PNG 550w" sizes="89vw" title="" alt="" height="9" width="16" layout="responsive"></amp-img><figcaption class="op-vertical-center"><cite>YouTube</cite></figcaption></figure></div><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p>"We just held him and he immediately started going to sleep," his mother Tammy said. &nbsp;</p><p>That's when she remembered praying over Ethan a few weeks ago. </p><p>"That he was going to fulfill the call in his life and that God was going to protect him."</p><p>When she saw him laying in the driveway, she believes that the Holy spirit brought those prayers back. </p><div><figure><amp-img src="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/05/Ambulance.PNG" srcset="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/05/Ambulance_GH_content_550px.PNG 550w" sizes="89vw" title="" alt="" height="9" width="16" layout="responsive"></amp-img><figcaption class="op-vertical-center"><cite>YouTube</cite></figcaption></figure></div><p>At the hospital doctors were preparing the family for the worst.</p><p>"All those scenarios played out in your mind," Tammy said. "And then seeing everything happening at the hospital you start to realize how bad this really can be."</p><div><figure><amp-img src="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/05/Brain.PNG" srcset="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/05/Brain_GH_content_550px.PNG 550w" sizes="89vw" title="" alt="" height="9" width="16" layout="responsive"></amp-img><figcaption class="op-vertical-center"><cite>YouTube</cite></figcaption></figure></div><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p>Ethan had a life-threatening concussion, and his brain was swelling. Doctors thought that Ethan would either have brain damage or not survive at all. </p><p>"The doctors, they don't give you very much hope when you're talking to them," his father Monty said. "They'll tell you the facts and what to expect next.
