Crazy Peanutty Snickers Brownie Is Bursting with Outrageous Flavors

Take one of America's favorite chocolate bars and turn it into a epic brownie desert with this Crazy Peanutty Snickers Brownie!

Now I never said it was healthy for you, but what I can say is that it sure is deeeelicious! First you have a layer of chewy chocolate brownie, then you get a layer of roasted peanuts and caramel, next comes a light and fluffy peanut butter nougat layer, and lastly the whole thing gets topped with chopped up snickers bars, peanuts, caramel drizzle, and chocolate drizzle....need I say more?

This is a great dessert to bring to any special event where there will be a lot of people, but if you're planning to make it for just your family, I would suggest cutting the recipe in half. It is a very yummy, but rich and filling dessert too.

Even though it may look complicated to make, it's actually quite easy, but does take a bit of time. So the next time you're stuck inside the house on a rainy gloomy day, surprise the family with this tasty treat that is sure to bring a smile to their face immediately!

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish.

2. Prepare the first layer of the brownie but melting 1 cup of butter in a large bowl. Once the butter has been melted add in sugar, cocoa, vanilla, and eggs. Stir to combine and then add the remaining ingredients and mix.

3. Pour the brownie batter into your baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Set aside to allow brownie to cool completely.

4. While the brownie is cooling, in a medium sized bowl combine caramels and heavy cream and microwave in 30 second increments until melted and combined.

5. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of peanuts over the the brownie and then top with the melted caramel. Place in the fridge or freezer to set and cool.

6. Meanwhile, in a large bowl prepare the nougat by combining the cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and peanut butter. Using a hand mixer beat until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Spread over the top of the caramel and peanut layer.

7. Time to finish up with a little decorating! Sprinkle the snicker bites over the entire top of the dessert along with the remaining 1/2 cup of peanuts. Drizzle with caramel sauce and chocolate sauce.

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 cup flour

Caramel Sauce

  • 11 ounces of caramel cubes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped roasted peanuts

Frosting

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 2 cups crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 jar of marshmallow fluff

Toppings

  • chocolate sauce
  • caramel sauce
  • 1 pack of snickers bites
  • 1/2 cup of chopped roasted peanuts
