There are always going to be these weird little moments of clarity and realization that stun us all. It's always something stupid and ridiculous, like when everyone realized that it was Bernstain Bears and not Bernstein Bears.

These tend to trend across the internet, and people spend a couple of days sharing it with their friends. Remember the whole blue and black vs white and gold dress debacle? Realizing that people see it differently was absolutely baffling.

Well, the latest crazy discovery that is trending around the world has to do with something we've all held in our hands at some point: A deck of cards.

More specifically, it's the eight of diamonds that has caused all the commotion.

Someone tweeted a simple message that said, "What age were you when you first saw the 8 in the middle of the 8 of diamonds?"

At first, you read it and kind of think to yourself, "What are you talking about?" But then you look again and you actually see it.

Immediately people started replying revealing they had never seen it before.

I think we can all agree that it's not something we actively noticed before right? I mean, obviously the thousands of retweets and likes prove I'm not the only one who was surprised to see it, but is there anyone out there who has known about this all along?
