Devastating Subway Explosion In St. Petersburg, Russia

A new total of 39 injured people remain in hospital.**</strong></p><p>Two devastating explosions in the subway system in the Russian city of St. Petersburg are making world news headlines this morning. The second device reportedly exploded in a subway car. </p><p>The device involved in the blasts are believed to have been filled with shrapnel. </p><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p></p><p>According to the <a href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/st-petersburg-metro-explosion-multiple-10149487">Mirror</a>, three subway stations have now been closed.
