Jalapeno Poppin' Cannolis Take Your Love of Cream Cheese and Bacon to a Whole New Level

If you know and love jalapeno poppers, this recipe for Jalapeno Poppin’ Cannolis takes things to a whole new level.

Tin foil and oven-ready cannelloni are your friends when it comes to the assembly of these delicious bacon appetizers. Whip these up for a party, and your friends and family will be begging for more!

  • Oven-ready cannelloni
  • Tin foil
  • 10 slices Bacon

For the filling:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeno, chopped
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wrap cannelloni pasta in foil.
  3. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each pasta, place on baking sheet and place in oven for 30-40 minutes or until very crispy. Cool completely before filling.

For the filling:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl using a hand mixer.
  2. Fill a piping bag and fill each bacon shell.
  3. Enjoy!
