Jana Kramer has finally seen the light at the end of the tunnel with the arrival of her baby boy this week.
Around this time last year, the country singer and One Tree Hill alum was left heartbroken after she suffered a miscarriage while pregnant with her second child.
"Today I am 1-3," Kramer wrote in an emotional Instagram post, which included a picture of her holding the ultrasound photo of the baby she lost. "I debated posting this for the exact reason why it's a silent struggle. I don't want I'm sorry or sympathy. I just don't want to feel alone. And I know I'm not."
Kramer, who is married to former NFL player Mike Caussin, also revealed that she had already experienced three miscarriages and two chemical pregnancies.
Despite these challenges, the "Why Ya Wanna" singer did not lose hope or stop trying to grow her family.
This past June, Kramer, 34, surprised her fans when she announced that she was expecting her "rainbow baby" in November.
"Surprise! We have a rainbow baby on the way & couldn't be more excited! Jolie is going to be a big sister & we're becoming a family of 4!" Kramer wrote in the caption of a family photo with a sign that reads, "Only child expiring November 2018."
She later opened up to People magazine about her difficulty getting pregnant.
"I'm so excited," the "Dammit" singer said during the exclusive interview. "We lost in October and then we did an IVF cycle and we lost in February, so I want to be able to be like, "˜Hey, I know it's hard but just try to have some hope.'"
Now, the miracle baby is finally here and the couple have wasted no time in introducing him to the world.
Kramer and Caussin welcomed a baby boy named Jace Joseph on November 29. He was born in Los Angeles at 7:53 a.m., weighing 7 lbs., 12 oz., and measuring 20.5 inches.
"Welcome to the world Jace Joseph Caussin. Our hearts are so full. Thank you to all our friends and family and all of you who have supported Mike and I and our growing family," Kramer wrote on Instagram.
Baby Jace will be joining big sister Jolie Rae, who tuns three in January.
