Sistine Stallone Steps Out From Daddy's Shadow

Sylvester Stallone defied all the odds to become one of the world's most recognizable actors. He went from sleeping in a New York bus station to being a Best Actor nominee for his role as the iconic Rocky Balboa.

Since his lead role debut in 1976, the actor has written and starred in numerous films including the Rambo franchise, Nighthawks, Demolition man and Creed. He also has plenty of accolades including a Golden Globe Award, Critic's Choice Movie Award and People's Choice Awards.

While these accomplishments mean a lot to Stallone, they're not nearly as special as his children are to him.

The 70-year-old actor is father to two sons, Seargeoh and the late Sage Moonblood, and shares three daughters, Sophia, Sistine and Scarlet, with his wife Jennifer Flavin.

However, unlike other celebrity offsprings, none of Stallone's children chose to follow in their father's footstep, but one of his daughters is stepping under the limelight to take on a very different career.

Stallone's middle daughter, 19-year-old Sistine Rose is stepping away from her father's shadow and into the world of fashion. The aspiring model signed a contract with IMG Models and already has some impressive achievements to add to her resume.

In 2016, the young model was names one of the fashion's fresh faces to watch and she's been proving them right ever since. That same year, she took on the runway in Chanel's Metiers d'Art show and appeared in Love's sizzling advent calendar donning a black lacy number.

Prior to making her runway debut, Sistine worked with Dolce & Gabbana in Milan and Express and graced the covers of Town & Country and Harper's Bazaar Kazakhstan.

Sistine has been forging her own career path and all that hard work is starting to pay off. She recently walked the runway for TopShop during her first appearance at London Fashion Week.

Not only does the teen have the looks, she's got brains too. The 19-year-old graduated high school earlier this month and her famous parents couldn't be prouder.

"Our Sistine graduates!" wrote Sylvester Stallone on picture he shared on Instagram. "Congratulations to a wonderful young lady!"

As her career takes off, Sistine has been making frequent appearances at high-profile events such the Met Gala.

Along with her sisters, Sistine had the honor of handing out this year's Golden Globes to the winners. Miss Golden Globes is a Hollywood Foreign Press tradition that dates back to 1960s which selects a celebrity offspring to give away the coveted statuettes. In a way, it's sort of like a debut for the grown-up Stallone sisters.

The tight-knit trio also appeared on the cover of Harper's Bazaar's April issue.
