These No Bake White Chocolate Nutella Bars take all that mouth-watering creamy goodness to new heights, packing it into a fantastic no-bake bar topped perfectly with white chocolate.
This recipe is surprisingly easy to make - other than the chocolate topping, all you have to do is mix the ingredients in a bowl and press them into a pan to chill. How easy is that?
For the Nutella layer
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 and 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1 and 1/4 cups Nutella
For the chocolate layer
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
For the Nutella layer, line an 8x8" baking pan with aluminum foil. Set aside.
Mix together the melted butter, icing sugar, brown sugar, caster sugar, and Nutella until well combined. Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
For the chocolate layer, in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour over the Nutella layer, and spread out evenly. Chill for at least 2 - 4 hours, or overnight.
Before cutting into squares, leave to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.
