Tim McGraw Collapses On Stage During Concert

Fans of country music superstar Tim McGraw were having a grand time at his Dublin, Ireland concert when things suddenly took a turn.

The 50-year-old singer had just finished performing his song "Humble & Kind" when he reportedly collapsed on stage. As soon as the song was over, McGraw dropped to his knees and slumped over a chair.

The audience thought he was taking a break, but it turns out, he was feeling ill.

One concert attendee, Del Crooks, who witnessed the scary moment told the BBC that everyone was in "a bit of a shock."

"I thought he was taking in the applause while sitting down after singing 'Humble and Kind,'" Crooks explained. "But when a spotlight was switched on him, he was slumped on his knees on the left hand side of the stage. The light was quickly turned off and you could see his crew helping him off"”and the band ran over as well."

After nearly 20 minutes of uncertainty, McGraw's wife, singer Faith Hill, addressed the crowd, saying that she has made the decision to end the show.

"He's been super dehydrated," Hill said. "I apologize, but I made the decision that he cannot come back out onstage."

Of course, the fans understood and harbored no hard feelings. In fact, they started chanting "We love Tim," then Hill delivered an acapella version of "What a Friend We Have in Jesus."

Fans did not waste time in taking to Twitter to send their well-wishes to McGraw.

"Faith Hill and Tim McGraw were awesome in Dublin tonight!" one concertgoer wrote. "Tim had a bad bout of dehydration and needed some care, thank God he was OK. What a trooper, to do so much when feeling so poorly. A spectacular show with a sad ending, but Faith came out and ended the show with grace."

Another wrote: "Sending thoughts and prayers out to @TheTimMcGraw wishing him a speedy recovery. 🤠🙏🏽"

His rep later released a statement to reassure fans that the "Live Like You Were Dying" singer will be fine.

"Tim McGraw was suffering from dehydration in Dublin this evening at the C2C show. He was attended to by local medical staff on-site and will be fine," read the statement on Rolling Stone. "He and Faith thank everyone for their love and support and look forward to seeing their Irish fans again soon."

McGraw's Ireland show was preceded by a performance he gave in London just two days prior as part of Country to Country (C2C), a three day, three city, country music festival.

It appears as though touring has caught up to him and he'll need some time to recover before his next scheduled concert alongside Hill for their Soul2Soul tour.

We're wishing him a speedy recovery!
