New Tell-All Book Claims To Spill President Trump's Biggest Secrets

This week, adapted excerpts from a new tell-all book by author and columnist Michael Wolff about the Donald Trump's campaign, early days of his presidency and family life have started to circulate online.

Wolff claims that he had insider access into the White House and he details his experience in the book "Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House," which is scheduled to hit the stands on January 9.

The author makes some pretty big claims about Trump and his administration in the book, and the President has already fired back.

"I authorized Zero access to White House (actually turned him down many times) for author of phony book!," the President tweeted. "I never spoke to him for book. Full of lies, misrepresentations and sources that don't exist. Look at this guy's past and watch what happens to him and Sloppy Steve!"

The White House's press secratary Sarah Sanders called the book "complete fantasy," and Trump's attorney sent a legal threat to Wolff and his publisher.

Although none of Wolff's claims have been proven to be true or false yet, here are 10 secrets he spilled in the book:

1. First daughter Ivanka aspires to become the first female president of the United States. According to Wollf, the first daughter and her husband, Jared Kushner, made a deal about which one of them would run for office in the future.

2. White House strategist and President Trump's former campaign chair Steve Bannon is convinced that the infamous meeting between the Russians, Donald Trump Jr., Kushner, and Paul Manafort that took place in June 2016 was to provide incriminating information about Hillary Clinton. Bannon described the meeting, which transpired at Trump Tower as "treasonous" and "unpatriotic."

Bannon also claimed that although the President was not directly involved, he was aware of what was discussed.

3. Trump's staff are allegedly constantly at odds with each other. One of his oldest associates, Thomas Barrack, apparently told a friend that not only is the president crazy, "he's stupid."

4. When Trump won the election "Melania was in tears- and not of joy," wrote Wolff. She was not too keen on the idea of Trump being president, and did not actually expect him to win.

5. Wolff also wrote that Trump's first ravel ban was put in place "so the snowflakes [liberals] would show up at the airports and riot."

The claims only get more interesting from here on...

6. Wolff also revealed that Trump called some of his staff members, including Bannon, advisor Kellyanne Conway and former press secretary Sean Spicer, "disloyal," "stupid," and "a crybaby," respectively. The president also regretted appointing Kushner and Ivanka to his staff, and said that they should've never come to Washington.

7. Trump is allegedly worried that someone would poison him, so he told the White House staff not to touch his toothbrush.

8. Trump requested that the Secret Service put a lock on his bedroom, and told the housekeeping staff that he would strip his own bed when the sheets needed changing. "The first time since the Kennedy White House that a presidential couple had maintained separate rooms," Wolff wrote.

9. The president likes to be in bed by 6:30 pm on most days, where he'll watch three television shows, eat a cheeseburger, and make phone calls to his friends and family members.

10. According to Wolff, Trump is a big fan of eating at McDonald's, especially because "nobody knew he was coming and the food was safely pre-made."
