Ingredients:
Dressing
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
Salad
- Splash of oil
- 3 cups of corn
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup canned black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup cotilia or feta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, lime juice, honey, paprika, and cumin with your Zwillings Whisk and set aside.

Heat oil in a saute pan then add the garlic and corn until it starts to cook up a bit. Add in the lime juice and salt.
