Ingredients:

For the chicken

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 cup salsa verde (mild)
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 24 wonton wrappers

For the mango guacamole

  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 large mango, chopped into small pieces

Directions:

Start by adding your cooking oil into the slow cooker, then top with chicken, spices, beans, salsa verde, lime juice and honey.

Stir the ingredients together a bit and then close the lid and cook on high for 2 - 4 hours.

When it is almost ready, preheat your oven to 375 degrees and press your wonton wrappers into a muffin tin and cook them for 5 minutes.
