Although she wished they could be together, she understood that he wasn't able to get a ticket home. </p><p>In the video uploaded to Facebook, she thanks him for the beautiful flowers and then he tells her that there is one more birthday gift being delivered to her front door. </p><p>She was so flustered, but he insists that she should answer the door and receive her gift.
