Us Weekly broke the happy news that Arie Luyendyk Jr., 37, and Lauren Burnham, 26, are expecting a baby.
Of course, former racecar driver Luyendyk became something of a villain to Bachelor fans, after dumping his fiance Becca Kufrin for Burnham on TV in season 22.
But this couple are still enjoying their happy ending, inspire of what some upset fans might think.
The exciting news comes as the pair are busy planning for their Hawaiian wedding in January.
Burnham, a real estate agent, said that her first thought after hearing the news was, "Oh my gosh. Our wedding!"
But the mother-to-be says her designer is modifying her dress to fit a baby bump.
"Obviously we're not married yet, but this is the way it happened," she said. "And this is probably the way it was meant to happen!"
The couple also described the moment they learned the news, as Burnham asked Luyendyk to read the test results for her.
"Arie came out with the test in his hand and tears in his eyes," she remembered. "He was like, 'You're pregnant!'"
While the couple say they weren't "trying," and took six extra tests to be sure, they are "so excited" to start a family together.
"It's going to be a whole new chapter in our lives," Luyendyk said.
Burnham also revealed she has had a "miserable" first trimester, when she "barely left the house" because of morning sickness.
"But over the last week I've started feeling a lot better, so it's nice to have my energy back."
