When you're young, your parents can't resist dragging you to a photo studio for a new family picture each year.
Over time (most) families give up the tradition - for good reason.
The simple fact is that most of us just aren't photogenic.
But that didn't stop these families from forcing the issue, and making some truly awkward pictures in the process.
