Would you believe the secret to the perfect egg is a mason jar lid? Who knew?! Just crack your eggs into the greased lids, pop them in the oven, and voila! You end up with perfectly round, cooked eggs without any of the mess you get in a frying pan.
Here's how you do it.
Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
Grab your mason jar lids (standard sized lids are what we used) and place them upside down on a baking sheet. Spray with cooking oil so that the eggs don't stick.
Crack one egg in each lid and bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Once your eggs are cooked, gently remove them from the lids and they'r ready to be enjoyed! They're the ideal size for English muffins, toast or just on their own.
