Some jobs allow us the chance to meet and interact with different people each day. We can become experts at human behavior and people watching. Shelia Fedrick is a seasoned flight attendant. She's met people from all walks of life. On this one particular day, there wasn't anything unusual about it. She was scheduled to work on an Alaska Airlines flight from Seattle to San Francisco.
