Have you ever heard of the longevity of the Hunza people? The four ethnicities of the Hunza people live in two different regions, in a mountainous valley in Pakistan, and many of them have lived for over a century.

Actually, some of them live from 120-150 years of age, and women can give birth at the age of 65! Incredible!

Yet, it is completely true! Are you intrigued to learn their lifestyle habits? The literacy rate of these people is higher than 95%, and everyone has a high school diploma.

All of them work hard in the fields during the entire day. They consume the produce they grow, which are full of nutrients since the environment is natural and perfectly clean. Moreover, they regularly consume apricots, but never eat processed foods, and don't know anything about cancer.

Apart from the apricot seeds the Hunza people eat on a daily basis, their diet is full of nutritious and healthy foods.

They eat raw vegetables and fruits, such as cherries, spinach, lettuce, apples, potatoes, squash, blackberries, peaches, pears, turnips, and peas.

Moreover, they are not strictly vegetarian but eat very little meat, usually chicken. Yet, their diet is rich in cheese, and milk, as sources of animal protein.

They regularly consume yogurt, as a natural way to optimize the intestinal flora.

The Hunzas eat a form of bread known as chapatti with every meal, and it is a rich source of vitamin E, that boosts the potency in men. They also consume grains like millet, wheat, barley, and buckwheat.

They consume nuts like almonds, hazelnut, walnuts, and beechnuts, usually processed into oil. What can we do to be as healthy as the Hunza people?

Eat Organic Food

To improve your overall health, you should consume natural foods only. It would be best to grow your food on your own, if possible.

Be Active

You need to keep the body active in order to prevent various health complications. Find a suitable program, and exercise at least three times a week.

Avoid Stress

Stress is the biggest silent killer and the root cause of all kinds of diseases and ailments. Therefore, you must avoid stressful situations, negative people, stressful obligations, and complications, in order to enjoy a good mood. You will significantly support physical and mental health from meditating on a daily basis, too.

The body will benefit a lot from the active function and activity of the brain.

Stay single or be in a healthy relationship

Initially, make sure you establish a healthy relationship with yourself. Positivity is vital, so you can choose to be in a happy relationship, or stay single, but remain optimistic and avoid all sources of negative energy in life.
