On Thursday, the City of Calabasas revealed on its Twitter account that  Woolsey wildfire "has grown over 2,000 acres with 0% containment," so the County of Los Angeles Fire Department issued mandatory and voluntary evacuation orders for residential areas in the fire's path.

Last night, many people began to see just how dangerous and widespread the fire was when those in the affected areas began sharing photos and videos on the internet.

Kim Kardashian posted an aerial video via her Instagram story, asking for prayers and informing her fans that her neighborhood was being threatened by rapidly spreading wildfire.

Within an hour, the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star shared another update, revealing that after returning to the $20 million Hidden Hills home she shares with husband Kanye West, she was forced to evacuate.

"Just landed back home and had 1 hour to pack up & evacuate our home. I pray everyone is safe," she wrote.

The ongoing fire also spread to other areas surrounding Kim's neighborhood, including Calabasas, where several celebrities live. Among them is Kim's older sister, Kourtney Kardashian.

Kourtney, who was home when the fires broke out, also fled the area with her three children, Mason, Reign, and Penelope Disick.

"I pray that everyone is kept safe and protected from these fires. No Calabasas tonight," she wrote on Instagram.

Thirteen miles from the Kardashian/West family, the inferno was also threatening homes in Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks, the neighborhood which was subjected to a devastating mass shooting that left 12 dead on Wednesday night.

Actress Alyssa Milano, who lives in that area, told her Twitter followers that she and her family also had to leave their home.

"I just had to evacuate my home from the fires. I took my kids, dogs, computer and my Doc Marten boots (Husband is in NY. Horses are being evacuated by my trainer)."

Rainn Wilson, best known for portraying Dwight Schrute on The Office, also revealed that his house was evacuated.

Parts of Northern California, about 500 miles from the Woolsey and Hill Fires, have already been ravaged by wildfires that displaced thousands of people.

The town of Paradise was one of the areas that have been impacted the most, with several injuries and damaged property reported, according to The Weather Channel.

We're keeping the communities affected by these fires in our prayers.
