In Hollywood, it's a miracle for any two celebrities to stay together for longer than a year.

But, one of America's favorite couples, Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, have proven time and time again their unwavering support for one another and work through any problems they may face.

On September 1, the Good Place actress posted a touching tribute to her husband as he celebrated his 14th year of sobriety.

"To the man mocked me in our wedding photos because I cried too many tears of joy, who wore a baby Bjorn for 2 straight years to show his girls how to be as adventurous as possible,Who held our dear little shaky man [sic] pup for 8 hrs straight on the day we had to put him down, I know how much you loved using. I know how much it got in your way.

And I know, because I saw, how hard you worked to live without it. I will forever be in awe of your dedication, and the level of fierce moral inventory you perform on yourself, like an emotional surgery, every single night. You never fail to make amends, or say sorry when its needed.

You are always available to guide me, and all of our friends, with open ears and tough love when its needed most. You have become the fertilizer in the garden of our life, encouraging everyone to grow. I'm so proud that you have never been ashamed of your story, but instead shared it widely, with the hope it might inspire someone else to become the best version of themselves.

You have certainly inspired me to do so.I love you more than I ever thought I could love anyone, and I want you to know, I see you. I see how hard you work. You set an excellent example of being human. Happy 14th year sobriety birthday."

But three weeks after Bell's sweet accolade, she shocked her fans when she said she smoked pot right in front of Shepard.

"I like my vape pen quite a bit. I smoke around my husband and it doesn’t seem to bother him," she admitted on an episode of the podcast WTF With Marc Maron.

"Weed rules. Weed is my drug of choice, for sure," adding that Shepard understands her attraction to smoking marijuana.

When asked by Marc Maron on how often she smokes, she only consumes it weekly.

"I can’t do it around my kids, which is a phenomenal amount of hours each week," she continued. "Once a week, if I’m just exhausted and we’re about to sit down and watch 60 Minutes, why not?"

She added that while she's never did cocaine, she's not ruling it out either.

"I feel like I would maybe want to do it once before I die. I have that kind of a face and personality that if I’m at a party, no one brings it out. They’re like, 'Oh don’t bring that around Kristen.'"

During the interview, Kristen shared that Shepard wouldn't have any problems being the sober companion during an ecstasy party either.

“He doesn’t have a problem with anyone else partaking in anything, provided within reason, that they’re not acting like a complete schmuck," Bell said.

"He likes drugs and alcohol. He’s just aware that he lost his privilege with them because he can’t handle it. His brain does not have the chemistry to handle it."

"Look, he loves everything to have more passion, so who knows where it will go? Maybe we’ll all hook up."

When The Talk asked its Twitter followers if it's appropriate for Bell to smoke in front of Shepard, he and countless fans came to her defense.

Regardless what goes on in Bell and Shepard's relationship, we can't argue that they always make it work!
