How good is your eye sight? If you answered with "pretty good, I guess" then you might have to rethink your answer.
Animals in the wild have evolved over time to become more camouflage to their surroundings, as a way of self-protection. These guys seem to have gotten a pretty good grasp on that, too. These creatures manage to blend right into their surroundings, which is great for them, but annoying for us when we want to see them in the pictures!!
