"Skeleton" Flower Is The Reason We Look Forward To Rainy Days

All this amazing flower needs is a few raindrops to transform like Cinderella.

The "Skeleton" Flower, or Diphelleia grayi, is a perennial wildflower with delicate white flowers and giant umbrella-like leaves. Found mainly in wooded areas of Japan, China, and the Appalachian Mountains in the U.S., the plant's blossoms change from solid white to transparent when exposed to water. When it rains, the Diphelleia grayi is in its full glory.

<amp-img src="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/03/transparent-skeleton-flowers-in-rain-diphylleia-grayi-24--1-.jpg" srcset="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/03/transparent-skeleton-flowers-in-rain-diphylleia-grayi-24--1-_GH_content_550px.jpg 550w, https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/03/transparent-skeleton-flowers-in-rain-diphylleia-grayi-24--1-_GH_content_650px.jpg 650w" sizes="89vw" title="" alt="" height="9" width="16" layout="responsive"></amp-img>
Bored Panda

<amp-img src="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/03/transparent-skeleton-flowers-in-rain-diphylleia-grayi-23.jpg" srcset="https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/03/transparent-skeleton-flowers-in-rain-diphylleia-grayi-23_GH_content_550px.jpg 550w, https://www.shared.com/content/images/2017/03/transparent-skeleton-flowers-in-rain-diphylleia-grayi-23_GH_content_650px.jpg 650w" sizes="89vw" title="" alt="" height="9" width="16" layout="responsive"></amp-img>
Bored Panda

You can see why this flower is so magical.
