Super Easy Three Cheese Rigatoni Pie

If you're looking for a new take on the same old pasta, then this Rigatoni Pie is definitely for you. It's fast, simple and made with ingredients that you've likely already got in your kitchen!

You'll love the cheesy taste and it definitely makes for a filling meal. Pair it with a fresh garden salad and dinner is complete! This is an easy dish to experiment with too - try different sauces and cheeses for an endless combination of great tastes.


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 lb cooked rigatoni
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 c parmesan cheese
  • 1 container of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 cups of mozzarella


  1. Cook Rigatoni according to the directions on the package
  2. Brown the ground beef in some oil
  3. Stir in one jar of pasta sauce
  4. add 1/2 cup of water and let simmer for 20 minutes
  5. In a separate bowl, toos together cooked rigatoni, olive oil and parmesan cheese
  6. Arrange noodles upright in a 9" springform pan
  7. Pour over cottage cheese and egg
  8. Spread ground beef mixture over the noodles and push down into the rigatoni
  9. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees
  10. Top with 1-2 cups of mozzarella
