<div><p>You guys. </p><p>Did you know birds eat alligators?</p><p>APPARENTLY THEY DO!</p><p>This Great Blue Heron was caught on video straight-up eating an alligators. Okay, so it was a baby alligator. But still. Have you ever heard of something so crazy?</p><p>The video is actually kinda terrifying. Posted by the FWC Fish and Wildlife Research Institute on Facebook, the video is just 20 seconds long. But according to the photographer who took the video, Scott Martin, it was closer to 20 minutes of hunting. </p><p> "The great blue heron 'played' with the little gator for at least twenty minutes before killing and swallowing it," said Scott.</p><p>According to FWC, it's not unusual for Great Blue Herons to eat whatever is in striking distance.
