<div><p>How old is your house? Probably no more than 50 years old. After all, the median age of American houses is 36 according to <a href="http://www.oldhouseweb.com/how-to-advice/how-old-are-americas-houses.shtml">Old House Web</a>. </p><p>Although many of us would love a Victorian home, we would most likely be subjected to time-consuming and costly repairs. To avoid such complications, buyers tend to opt for newer homes. </p><p>But what if you could find an older home that doesn't look a day over 10 years old?
