Call it the house that Madea built.

A sprawling mansion outside of Atlanta, originally built and owned by actor and director Tyler Perry, is hitting the market for the second time at a record price.

Perry put his dream home on the market for $25 million in 2016, but slashed the price down to a discounted $17.5 million - which was still the biggest sale in the city's history.

Now, the lavish home's new owner has put up a "For Sale" sign with the same $25 million asking price, and you can sneak a peak inside the mansion before a lucky buyer scoops it up.

The massive property sits on 17 acres and stretches out for 35,000 square feet.

It's just a short commute from Atlanta's Tyler Perry Studios, where the entertainment mogul films his movies and TV series.

Perry reportedly spent $9 million buying up property and another $40 million building his dream home from the ground up.

The mansion's design takes cues from Versailles, the palace that French royals called home, but listings compare it to a five star hotel.

There's a laundry list of special features, including a separate "hobby house," a parking deck, a lighted tennis court, an underground ballroom, and infinity pool, a private sauna and steam room, and even a runway for remote-controlled airplanes.

After living in the home for just 9 years, Perry put it up for sale and televangelist David Turner snapped it up.

The man of God is obviously not ready to leave the palatial estate, which he said the lord told him to buy.

"This is the most beautiful property I have ever laid eyes on," Turner said about the home.

"We have thoroughly enjoyed living here and will be very sad when the day comes to leave. However, we must follow our faith and our faith is leading us elsewhere."

While Perry no longer has property in Atlanta, he still owns multiple homes in New York, Los Angeles, and Douglasville, Georgia.

The savvy mogul even flipped a Beverly Hills mansion and sold it to the Voice judge Pharell Williams.
