Sticky Fingers : Froot Loops

In 2007, new legislation changed the way companies could advertise products to children. One of the changes meant that companies couldn't try to persuade kids to eat unhealthy foods. Cereal box toys became a casualty of the stricter rules.

Nowadays, we don't see too many prizes in cereal boxes. But, growing up in the 90s, we couldn't walk down the cereal aisle without seeing at least five different kinds of cereal with cool toys inside.

Spyro, Crash Bandicoot and Lara Croft : Shreddies

Magic Straws: Coco Pops

Glow-In-The-Dark Dinosaurs: Cheerios

Color Changing Spoons : Trix

Lion King Color Changing Spoons: Cheerios

Light-Up SaberSpoon : Froot Loops

Do you still have any of these? Can you name any other cereal box toys that were popular?
