<div><p>Martha Williams and her sister Jean Haley were found by police at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning laying in the driveway outside of their Rhode Island Home. </p><p>Tragically, the 97-year-old twin sisters froze to death after having slipped on the icy driveway the night before.
