American Airlines Flight Attendant Fired After His Shocking Actions Towards Woman

<div><p>You would think that following the United Airlines fiasco for dragging a man off a flight, other airline employees would exercise caution when dealing with customers. Well, you thought wrong. </p><p>A video surfaced over the weekend showing an extremely distressed woman boarding a plane at San Francisco International Airport after she was allegedly hit by an American Airlines flight attendant. </p><p>According to TMZ, passengers said the incident escalated after the woman attempted to store a stroller in the overhead bins. A flight attendant who didn't permit the mom of two to bring the stroller on the plane, violently snatched the item, hitting her and narrowly missing one of her children. </p><div><div><amp-video controls="" width="16" height="9" layout="responsive" poster="http://ll-media.tmz.com/2017/04/22/042217-american-airlines-stroller-kal-535x350.jpg"><source src="https://tmzvod-a.akamaihd.net/tmz/2017-04/22/0_m3t7em8y_0_ptpzm77z.mp4" type="video/mp4"><div fallback=""><p>This browser does not support the video element.</p></div></amp-video></div></div><p>Some of the passengers came to the sobbing woman's defence after the employee followed the woman onto the plane. </p><p>"You do that to me and I'll knock you flat," a passenger said to the flight attendant.</p><p><!-- [invalid-shortcode] --></p><p>The woman and her family were upgraded to first class following the unfortunate incident. American Airlines has since released a statement confirming that the flight attendant in question has been "removed from duty" and an investigation is underway. </p><p>"We are deeply sorry for the pain we have caused this passenger and her family and to any other customers affected by the incident," the airline said in a statement.</p></div>
