Cheddar Bacon Garlic Monkey Bread Is Next Level Monkey Bread

I am an absolute sucker for anything with cheese and bacon added into it, so it was no surprise that when I came across this recipe, I was on it like white on rice! The first time I made it for myself, the next few times I decided I'd share it with my family, and boy were they happy I did...they loved it! :)

Make sure you give it a couple minutes to cool before you dig into it, that melted gooey cheese can be quite hot when it first comes out of the oven.

Cheesy Bacon Spinach Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Cut half of the cheese into 1 inch cubes, and then shred the other half.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter and parsley, and then drizzle a tablespoon of it on to the bottom of a 9-inch round pan.

4. Take one biscuit at a time and flatten it out in your hand then place a cheese cube in the center along with some bacon, fold up the sides so that it forms into a ball.

5. Place the dough balls into the pan creating circles until the pan is full.

6. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, and then drizzle with the remaining butter and parsley mixture, but also add in the minced garlic.

7. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.

  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic; minced
  • 4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can of buttermilk biscuits quartered
